SLI: An Overview

The Strategic Leadership Incubator (SLI) is an invitation-only, year-long experience that seeks to develop mid-career leaders in both their spiritual and strategic leadership. This can be expanded to the goal of multiplying "Christ-centered, Spirit-filled, healthy strategic leaders."

This program is ideal for busy leaders. The ACE framework asks participants to engage 5-7 hours per month. The ACE framework includes 1) Academic learning (formal and informal), 2) Coaching and cohort relationships, and 3) Experience in the field (putting into action what you are learning). Strategic leadership is not so much about time as it is about awareness and focus.

SLI cohorts are made up of about a dozen, prioritizing having a diverse group of people that includes women and people of color. The international cohort runs from Sep 1, 2024 through Aug 31, 2025 The US cohort runs from Jan 1 through Dec 31, 2025.

The SLI experience costs $2,000 for the US cohort and $3,000 for the international cohort. The only other costs are travel costs to the 2-day summit. The international cohort summit will be held on Oct 18-18 in Amsterdam. The US summit is Feb 19-20, 2025 in Columbus, Ohio.
